We shall also give our expert advice whenever we feel your property needs any additional maintenance, viz. Painting, oiling, Replacement of lights, fittings, etc.

2. Payment of Utility Bills: Payment of your telephone, electricity & DTH Television bills.

4. Key Holding Services: Our trusted authorized person will always be present at the time of handing over your property to or from your tenant. As a standard rule, we will always report to you whatever work has been carried out with photos of your property. This would help you to assess the condition of the property from time to time.
